How to place an order?

Ordering is very easy. put the desired products in the cart and go to checkout, enter your details and choose a convenient payment method. Check your email, you should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, write to us at support@beatashop.lt

How to get an invoice?

If you need an invoice on behalf of the company, write to us by e-mail at support@beatashop.lt

Can I pay in cash?

No, unfortunately we don't have that option. You can conveniently pay for the goods with bank cards or through electronic banking.

Is it possible to buy in installments?

No, unfortunately there is no such possibility.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times:

LITHUANIA: 1-3 working days (via DPD or OMNIVA)

EU COUNTRIES: 5-14 working days (via DPD)

OTHER COUNTRIES: 10-20 working days (via DPD)

Is it possible to collect the goods from the store?

When can I return the product?

If the product is not suitable, you can return it within 14 days, but it must be unused and new.

What if I want to return an item?

If the product does not fit or is unused, you can return it 14 days after delivery. Write a letter to the address support@beatashop.lt

When will I get my money back for the returned item?

Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will refund you to your account from which the payment was made when placing the order. The costs of returning the product are paid by the buyer and are not reimbursed.

Usually, the transfer takes up to 5 working days. If it is an international order, it may take longer in rare cases.
